At InstaGreen, we are dedicated to sharing our knowledge of urban farming and microgreen growing.
What once started as our own local farm in Barcelona, grew out to be a cultivation solution and growing method for microgreen growers and indoor farmers, all over the world!
We even did a TEDx about healthy, sustainable food!
If you love to start growing food at home, we have short courses for beginners.
If you dream of starting a small to medium sized professional farm, we have comprehensive trainings. You will learn everything you need to know to kickstart and run your business.
We help you make it all reality!
That means that we love to meet you in person and for you to join one of our courses or trainings right here at our indoor farm in Barcelona.
But we also know that for most people that is not possible. Even though you want to learn how to grow your own food. Maybe you are too busy. Or live in another country, or continent even.
That’s why we’ve made our courses and trainings available online. This way we can help many more people to get growing, than we ever could before.

The Urban Farming Academy courses start the moment you sign up for a specicic course. And from there, you decide the pace.
Some of our larger trainings have a specific starting date. Until then, you can register to the waitlist. We will inform you when you can register, when we start and when the face to face Q&A sessions are.
Our courses consist of online video lessons plus downloadable materials. You can go through the material when you want and as often as you want to.
